베어볼Bearball

제1조 (목적)Article 1 (Purpose)

이 약관은 주식회사 볼랩(이하 "베어볼")이 제공하는 어플리케이션 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 베어볼의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.These Terms of Service set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the application service ("Service") provided by Balllab Inc. (hereinafter "Bearball"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Bearball and the users.

제2조 (이용약관의 효력 및 변경)Article 2 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

베어볼은 본 약관의 내용을 어플리케이션 초기화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다. 베어볼은 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 공지한 날로부터 효력을 발생합니다.These terms become effective upon notice via the app's start screen or other means. Bearball may amend these terms to the extent it does not violate relevant laws. The amended terms become effective upon posting.

제3조 (이용계약의 체결)Article 3 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

이용계약은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하고 회원 가입 신청을 하며, 베어볼이 이를 승인함으로써 체결됩니다.A user agreement is established when the user agrees to these terms and applies for membership, and Bearball approves the application.

제4조 (서비스의 제공)Article 4 (Provision of Services)

1. 베어볼은 이용자에게 한국어 학습 서비스를 제공합니다. 2. 서비스의 종류와 내용은 회사의 정책에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.1. Bearball provides Korean language learning services to users. 2. The type and content of services may change according to Bearball's policies.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)Article 5 (User Obligations)

1. 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다. - 타인의 개인정보 도용, 욕설이나 음란한 내용 게시, 학습과 관련 없는 행위 - 커뮤니티에서의 과도한 친목 활동이나 개인정보 교환 2. 이용자가 위 사항을 위반한 경우, 베어볼은 사전 통지 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 박탈할 수 있습니다.1. Users shall not engage in the following: - Using others' personal data, abusive or obscene content, or behavior unrelated to learning - Excessive socializing or private information exchange in the community 2. If a user violates any of the above, Bearball may restrict service use or revoke membership without prior notice.

제6조 (커뮤니티 운영)Article 6 (Community Guidelines)

1. 커뮤니티는 학습 중심 공간이며, 과도한 친목, 개인정보 교환을 지양합니다. 2. 신고된 콘텐츠는 접수 후 24시간 내에 검토 및 처리됩니다. 3. 이용자는 다른 사용자를 차단할 수 있으며, 차단된 사용자는 해당 이용자의 콘텐츠를 열람하거나 연락할 수 없습니다.1. The community is focused on learning; excessive social interactions and personal information exchange are discouraged. 2. Reported content will be reviewed and addressed within 24 hours. 3. Users can block others. Blocked users cannot view or contact the blocking user.

제7조 (면책조항)Article 7 (Disclaimer)

베어볼은 천재지변, 기술적 오류 등 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.Bearball shall not be held responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, technical failures, or other unavoidable causes.

제8조 (분쟁 해결)Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 상호 성실히 협의하여 해결하며, 해결되지 않을 경우 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 수 있습니다.In the event of a dispute between Bearball and a user, both parties shall negotiate in good faith. If unresolved, legal proceedings may be initiated with the competent court.

부칙Supplementary Provision

이 약관은 2025년 4월 24일부터 시행됩니다.These terms are effective as of April 24, 2025.
